Provide comprehensive HR support to the company, ensure a positive and productive work environment adhere to HR policies and legal regulations
Support or lead recruitment processes including developing advertisement, pre-screening & shortlisting applicants and conducting pre-employment checks
Develop & conduct necessary training and professional development programs
Address health, safety and worker management issue including compliance workplace laws
