Job Description


  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR specialist, preferably in the entertainment or F&B industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong recruitment skills with a focus on key operational functions.
  • Experience in international placement and managing foreign workforce logistics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
ResponsibilitiesRecruitment and Staffing:
  • Lead the recruitment process for key operational functions, including accounting and procurement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs, create job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Foreign Labour Placement:
  • Liaise with partners and suppliers to facilitate the placement of foreign blue-collar workers.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to ensure compliance with local regulations and smooth onboarding of international staff.
  • Manage documentation and logistics related to foreign workforce placement.
Local Operation Localization:
  • Work closely with the China headquarters to understand and adapt HR policies and practices for localization in Malaysia.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to align HR operations with local regulations and industry standards.
Budgeting and Compensation:
  • Develop and manage salary budgets for various positions within the organization.
  • Ensure competitive compensation structures and benefits to attract and retain top talent.
Training and Development:
  • Develop and implement HR-related training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the organization.
Employee Relations:
  • Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a healthy work environment.
  • Stay informed about employee engagement trends and implement initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.
