POSITION SUMMARY
The HR Payroll & Benefits Generalist is responsible for payroll and benefits administration, and employee benefits programs. Responsible for having overall knowledge of all human resource functions and as a key liaison for onboarding and offboarding process within the organisation. Promotes and maintains the organization values and culture by providing exceptional communication and service to employees. Sets the example of an engaged employee and supports employee engagement throughout Tec D & Tec D Distribution Malaysia.
This position has no direct report (s) and is an individual contribution role reporting into the Senior HR Manager, Malaysia.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Payroll Administration (50%)
Is the payroll expert, responsible for payroll and statutory deductions accuracy. Makes recommendations for payroll related policies.
