We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior HR Executive with a strong background in Human Resources and a Degree in HR or a related field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting strategic initiatives to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational growth and workforce needs.
Conduct proactive sourcing and talent mapping to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Strengthen employer branding through targeted initiatives to enhance the organization's visibility and attractiveness in the talent market.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout all stages of the hiring process.
Collaborate closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements and provide strategic HR support.
Maintain recruitment metrics and provide timely reporting to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple recruitment projects.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
