Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage
end-to-end recruitment
including manpower planning, job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and selection.
Oversee
onboarding and orientation programs
to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
Handle
employee relations
by addressing grievances, misconduct cases, and disciplinary actions professionally.
Monitor and ensure accuracy of
payroll processing
and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
Draft, review, and implement
HR policies, procedures, and SOPs
to strengthen HR governance.
Conduct
exit interviews
, analyze turnover trends, and propose retention strategies.
Partner with management to
improve employee engagement, performance management, and training initiatives
.
Job Requirements
Possess a
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
.
Minimum
3-4 years of relevant HR working experience
.
Prior experience in the
retail or service industry
is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of
Malaysian labor laws and HR regulations
.
Proven experience in
full-cycle recruitment
(sourcing, interviewing, selection).
In-depth knowledge of
HR practices, policies, and procedures
.
Proficiency in
English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
(spoken & written).

Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
