Responsibilities: Develop and lead the overall human resources strategy and planning aligned with the organization\'s business objectives Design talent management framework, oversee talent acquisition, development and retention initiatives to ensure a skilled and engaged workforce. Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, understand their needs and deliver effective sourcing strategies. Source candidates through various channels, conduct talent mapping or work with 3rd party on this, target the suitable segments of the talent pool. Implement strategies for organizational effectiveness, culture development, and change management. Develop performance appraisal systems and ensure the alignment of individual and team goals with organizational goals. Oversee compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent while ensuring competitiveness within the industry. Handle complex employee relations issues and ensure fair and consistent HR practices. Be a partner with every business department, understand business strategy and provide professional HR advice. Develop an effective reporting system and make sure regular updates from the team. Requirements: At least Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent. Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in an HR managerial role HR full spectrum exposure, extensive involvement in recruitment, organizational development or performance management is advantageous. Strong organizational, communication and conflict resolution skills High proficiency in both English and Mandarin in order to liaise with counterparts in China and SEA countries. High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
