The Senior HR Manager, you will play a critical role in helping the company achieve its ambitious goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in transforming and strategically aligning HR with the business.

• Develop and implement HR strategies and programs that support the business\'s overall goals and objectives, with a focus on transformation and strategic HR, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and labour relations.
• Lead and manage the HR team, including setting goals, providing feedback, and developing their skills and knowledge.
• Oversee all aspects of the employee life-cycle, from recruitment and on-boarding to training and development, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations.
• Partner with other senior leaders to develop and implement the company\'s overall business strategy.
• Represent the company in the community and at industry events.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master\'s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• Proven experience as an HR manager in a manufacturing industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence positive change.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
