Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee daily operations of onshore/offshore Underwater Inspection Programs. Plan, organise, and schedule inspection activities to meet project timelines and client requirements. Supervise and support inspection teams, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Manage and utilise computerized subsea inspection management systems (e.g. COABIS, IME, NEXUS, IRIS, SIMS, Visualworks, MCS, or equivalent system) for inspection planning, execution, and reporting. Oversee the use of Digital Video Recording (DVR) systems for diver and/or ROV-based inspection projects. Monitor project progress, review inspection data, and prepare technical and progress reports. Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure operational alignment. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations during inspection activities.

Requirements

Minimum a Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification. Possess a valid CSWIP 3.4U certificate Minimum eight (8) years of relevant working experience in onshore/offshore management of Underwater Inspection Programs (i.e >600 days at site) including: 5 years use and management of computerized subsea inspection management system (e.g COABIS, IME, NEXUS, IRIS, SIMS, Visualworks, MCS, or equivalent system) & Digital Video Recording (DVR) system on Diver &/or ROV projects (i.e >400 offshore days.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM99,999.00 per month
