(1) Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management or a related filed.

(2) Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in interior design and fit-out construction, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from concept to completion.

(3) Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of interior design projects, including commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality spaces.

(4) Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adore Creative Suite, or similar tools.

(5) Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, schedulling, and resource allocation, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaeously.

(6) Strong leadership abilities, with experience leading project teams and mentoring junior staff.

(7) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the abilitty to build positive relationships with clients and project teams.

(8) Knowledgr of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to interior design and construction.

(9) Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation in design and construction.

(10) Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Scopes:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interior Design & Fit-Out Specialist to lead our interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both interior design and fit-out construction, with the ability to seamlessly integrate creative design concepts with practical implementation. The Senior Interior Design & Fit OUt Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of interior design and fit-out projects, from initial concept development to final execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet cliets expectations and project objectives.

Responsibilities:

(1) Lead the design and fit-out process for interior projects, including commercial spaces, residential properties, retails stores, hospitality venues, and office environments.

(2) Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to understand project requirements, objectives, and develop creative design solutions that align with client needs and preferences.

(3) Develop comprehensive design proposals, including conceptual sketches, mood boards, material samples, and 3D rendering, to effectively communicate design concepts and gain client proposal.

(4) Create detailed interior design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details, using software tools such as AutoCAD or SketchUp.

(5) Oversee the selection and specification of materials, finishes, fixtures, furniture, and equipment that design choices must aesthetic, functional, and budgetetary requirements.

(6) Manage the fit-out construction process, including coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

(7) Conduct site inspections and quality inspections throughout the construction phase to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies and ensure tht design intent is maintained.

(8) Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including junior designers, drafters, and project coordinators, delegating tasks, providing feedback, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

(9) Act as a liaison between clients and project teams, addressing client inquiries, managing expectations, and ensuring that project deliverrables meet or exceed client satisfaction.

(10) Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in interior design and fit-out construction to continuously improve design capabilities and deliver innovative solutions.
