This company specializes in avant-garde architectural interior design, elevating creativity and expertise to unparalleled levels. With a portfolio spanning commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential spaces, they have delivered tailored successes for both multinational corporations and individuals across Southeast Asia. They are now looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer specializing in corporate offices design to join their team.

Your will be responsible for:

• Collaborate on space planning, conceptual design, and design development to collectively brainstorm design directions and concepts.
• Engage with clients, including presentations and pitching design proposals.
• Participate in client meetings and communication.
• Create construction drawings, support tenders, and conduct site observations. Translate concepts into detailed technical drawings and solutions.
• Oversee and assess design team\'s tender and construction drawing packages.
• Craft sample boards and presentation materials, including PowerPoint presentations.
• Enhance design standards and ensure design quality control.
• Conduct site analysis and inventory assessments.

You are required to have:

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Interior Architecture & Design.
• Bring a minimum of 8 - 10 years of pertinent experience in the field of Interior Design.
• Demonstrate established creative expertise, a keen sense of color, and adeptness in design documentation.
• Exhibit effective communication and adept design presentation abilities.
• Proficiently skilled in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and 3D software.
• Hold sound knowledge and hands-on experience in managing Tender/Construction drawing packages and interior detailing using AutoCAD for commercial office spaces.
