Uniplan is certified by the \xe2\x80\x9cConstruction Industry Development Board of Malaysia\xe2\x80\x99 and is a member of FIABCI, The International Real Estate Federation. Job Responsibilities & Scope
- Develop design concepts for various projectss.
- Create visual representations of design ideas using software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and other graphic design software
- Develop interior design plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Select appropriate color schemes, textures, and materials to create cohesive design concepts
- Develop detailed renderings and visualizations of design concepts to aid in client presentations
- Work with project managers and other team members to ensure that design projects meet deadlines and budget requirements
- Review design specifications and recommend materials, fixtures, and finishes to ensure project quality
- Stay up to date with design trends, materials, and technology advancements to maintain a competitive edge in the field
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under tight deadlines.
- Higher/Graduate diploma in interior design.
- Previous experience in interior design or related fields.
- Strong design skills are essential with good eye for color, composition, and typography.
- Proficiency in design software.
- Must be collaborative and self-motivated.
- Ability to communicate their ideas clearly to clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage their time effectively to meet tight deadlines.
- Languages: English /Bahasa Melayu (Preferably Bahasa and Mandarin speaker)
- Must have transportation and ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
