Job Highlights

Responsibilities :

Meeting with clients to determine the requirements and needs.
Designs, build, posting, maintains and managing company\'s social media presence
Creative, innovative and quality to meet expectation and deadline
To develop presentation which may include space planning, layout , sketches, rendering, 3D perspectives, and material boards.
To develop conceptual idea and demonstrate the design.
To lead a team and prepare the scope of work and set timeline for the team.
Coordinate with internal design support members and project management teams.
Plan & manage project include coordinating sub-contractor, control of renovation and interior design related works.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Architecture, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Power point, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photo Shop, Auto Cad, Draft sight, Sketch up.
Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Knowledge in prepare project quotation and material application.
Knowledge in prepare drawings 2D &3D perspective.
Positive attitude personalities.
Site experience is essential.
Minimum 5 years working experience required.
2 Full-Time position(s) available.
Able to start work immediately.
