Our Client provides a range of services comprising of interior design planning, architecture, implementation & construction management and consultancy services.Their commitment is not only limited to successfully providing a complete set of product and services, but also employing a total integrated approach in interior design services, supply & installation of tailor-made fitting and furnishing, as well as turnkey contract for commercial developments.Position: Senior Interior DesignerLocation: Petaling JayaREQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in interior design or a related field, with at least 3-5 years of experience in workplace interior design.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of workplace design trends, building codes, and industry standards.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision;
• Good in English & Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken). Knowledge of Mandarin would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and preferences, and translate them into innovative and functional design solutions.
• Prepare conceptual design drawings, working drawings, specification schedules and preliminary plans for review and approval of clients.
• Lead the design process from concept development through to project completion, ensuring that design objectives are met within established timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of design intent.
• Participate in meetings, and project reviews, effectively communicating design concepts and progress updates.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging materials, and innovative design techniques to consistently deliver cutting-edge and imperatively designs.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
