: \xc2\xb7 Outline client design objectives. \xc2\xb7 Conceptualize and sketch design plans. \xc2\xb7 Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase. \xc2\xb7 Set a timeline for the completion of a design project. \xc2\xb7 Source materials and products included in plans. \xc2\xb7 Utilize computer applications in the design process. \xc2\xb7 Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met. \xc2\xb7 Oversee conceptualization of design projects. \xc2\xb7 Create execution plans for projects and see them through to completion. \xc2\xb7 Ensure the design team and junior designers are producing quality work. \xc2\xb7 Conceptualise original and unique designs and illustrations. \xc2\xb7 Compiling data regarding client preferences, lifestyle habits, and architectural styles to create a design concept that meets the client\xe2\x80\x99s needs in terms of style and ergonomics. \xc2\xb7 Oversee and/or generate ID drawings, specifications, and material selections needed for \xc2\xb7 Stay up to date with the changing trends in the field and best practices. \xc2\xb7 Perform other related duties as assigned or directed by the superior. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Minimum Bachelor\'s and Master\'s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Interior Architecture, Design, Education, School of Design, Furniture, Construction, Industrial Design \xc2\xb7 Hands-on experience with Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point & etc) \xc2\xb7 Able to follow and lead execution on scale and full-scale models and CAD required \xc2\xb7 4-7 years of experience in a design department of a furniture company preferred \xc2\xb7 management, schedules and budgets \xc2\xb7 Strong leadership, management and mentoring skills \xe2\x80\x93 a desire to mentor \xc2\xb7 team members, offer guidance and leadership \xc2\xb7 Intermediate knowledge of cost estimating methods, material costs, cost \xc2\xb7 analysis and project budgeting methods \xc2\xb7 Strong communication skills, particularly written and verbal (English & Malay) Job Type: Full-time Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:
