Job Description

• Good in observation, designing, detail drawing and shop drawing.
• Create & prepare layout plans, sketches, 3D, 2D drawings, models and visuals.
• Responsible for the construction and technical details of drawings
• Present and propose concepts to each client according to their desired needs.
• Attend meetings and liaise with clients. Understanding their needs and translate into workable concepts & design.
• Handle all documentation required on project requirements.
• Propose suitable construction materials, colour scheme, materials needed, carpet, and carpentry work.
• Work closely with team to create scope of work and define projects.
• Schedule frequent site visits to ensure works are done according to plan, and control daily working site progress.
• Analyse and Inspect problematic areas in sites. Have to be extremely analytic and alert on noticing detailing.
• Prepare and issue specification
• To be consciously working as a member of a team

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Interior Design/ Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years and above of working experience in related field is required for this position.
• Experienced applicants with design background in commercial, offices and residential preferred.
• Well versed in 3D Studio Max, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Freehand sketching and etc.

Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Flash and etc. is an advantage. * Able to work independently and handle multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously

• Able to attend meetings and handle site supervision.
• Self-motivated and able to work in team with good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Additional Information

• Full-time positions available

\xc2\xb7 Working Hour : 8.30 am - 5.30 pm (Monday - Friday)

9.00 am - 1.00 pm (Saturday)

\xc2\xb7 Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Damansara

\xc2\xb7 Salary RM 4,500 - RM6,000.00
