We are currently looking for highly creative designer responsible in producing quality design concepts, FF&E selections/documentations and visual drawings along with technical drawings. A designer who can work on any/all phases of development including Concept, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents and Construction Administration. Job Responsibility: \xc2\xb7 Take receipt of client design brief and prepare concept proposals with inputs from Directors and Associates or Managers \xc2\xb7 Lead initial concept presentation and meetings \xc2\xb7 Prepare full set conceptual drawings, in 2D and 3D presentation and layout plan as well as to prepare conceptual design and sample material board. \xc2\xb7 Prepare final plans, using computer applications such as Autocad, 3ds Max + Vray, Illustrator and/or Photoshop. \xc2\xb7 Able to lead and coach junior designer and provide guidance when necessary. \xc2\xb7 Candidates able to work closely with project team to ensure drawings are accurate and keeping with design intention. \xc2\xb7 Experience in managing projects from concept to completion is an added advantage. \xc2\xb7 Reviewing junior designer work to ensure high quality Requirements: \xc2\xb7 MALAYSIAN CITIZEN only (We are unable to offer employment pass / working visa) \xc2\xb7 Minimum 5 years working experiences \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in AutoCad, Photoshop, Illustrator \xc2\xb7 Knowledgeable in Sketchup, 3DsMax (added advantage) Remuneration: The position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
