Job Description

1. Leadership & Management

Lead and manage the Interior Design Department team. Supervise and mentor designers; ensure all deliverables meet company standards and deadlines. Set strategic goals and align department direction with company objectives.

2. Project Planning & Execution

Oversee the entire design process from concept to completion. Review and approve design proposals, drawings, and presentations. Ensure project delivery within budget, timeline, and quality requirements.

3. Interdepartmental Coordination

Collaborate with department Operation, and Procurement teams for project execution. Report project status and department performance to top management.

4. Innovation & Development

Keep updated with design trends and integrate new creative ideas. Plan training and workshops to enhance team skills and productivity.

5. Quality Control

Conduct regular design and site inspections to ensure design accuracy. Resolve design-related issues promptly.

6. Budgeting & Administration

Manage department budget, resource allocation, and cost efficiency. Approve material purchases and maintain documentation for management reporting.

Requirements

Strong communication skills & good attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Interior Design or related field. Competent in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office etc.

Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
