Job Description

• Functional or technical skills in one or more of the following areas: Financials, Supply Chain Management, Production, Projects, RM or on the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Excellent Business Analysis Skills.
• Resourceful, motivated to learn and open to new ideas and technologies
• Capabilities and certifications.
• Minimum 5 years\' experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
• MB-800 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant is a plus.
• Willing to work in Bandar Saujana Putra, Jenjarom, Selangor.

ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities: * Business Requirements Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

2.Vendor Management:

• Engage with external vendors providing Business Central solutions, ensuring effective communication, and managing relationships.

3. Internal/External Support:

• Provide support to internal users, addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless operation of Business Central.
• Collaborate with external users (customers, suppliers) to address system-related inquiries and concerns.

4. Project Management:

• Lead and participate in Business Central implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor project activities.

5. Change Requests Management:

• Evaluate and prioritize change requests, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Work closely with external vendor to implement changes efficiently and communicate updates to stakeholders.

6. Testing:

• Conduct thorough system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the stability and reliability of the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve identified issues and ensure a seamless user experience.
