Job Summary:


We are seeking a proactive and versatile Senior IT Executive to join our team. This role is suited for someone with strong technical expertise, a passion for IT operations, and a keen interest in cybersecurity.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day IT operations, ensuring the stability and efficiency of the firm's IT systems, while also contributing to the protection of our digital assets through cybersecurity initiatives. You will oversee user support, infrastructure management, and system administration while driving improvements in our security posture and compliance programs (including ISO 27001 ISMS).

You will report directly to the IT Partners and IT Manager and collaborate closely with staff across all departments to deliver reliable, secure, and forward-looking IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Operations & User Support


Oversee daily IT infrastructure operations including servers, network, endpoints, printers, and collaboration platforms.

Provide high level technical support, troubleshoot complex issues and oversee IT infrastructure performance.

Lead IT assets and licenses management, procurement activities and vendor coordination.

System & Application Administration


Manage and support firmwide applications including iManage Work DMS, Microsoft 365 and other legal/enterprise systems.

Lead and manage on upgrades, integration, and major fixes or troubleshooting of applications.

Ensure proper system configurations, data integrity, and smooth adoption of new technologies.

Evaluate and implement IT solutions that align with business needs and security requirements.

Cybersecurity & Compliance


Lead the implementation and maintenance of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in line with ISO/IEC 27001.

Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability management, and internal audits.

Draft and update information security documentation such as policies, standards, and procedures.

Monitor security alerts, investigate incidents, and coordinate remediation measures.

Contribute to cybersecurity awareness initiatives across the firm.

Projects & Continuous Improvement


Participate in IT and security-related projects, including cloud adoption, digital transformation, and system modernization.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, security, and user experience.

Collaborate with regional IT and external vendors on cross-border or firmwide initiatives.

Job Requirements:



The candidate must possess at least a Batchelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Management Information Systems/ Cybersecurity or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in IT Operations, IT System Administration, or Cybersecurity. Strong technical foundation with knowledge in IT Infrastructure - Windows servers, IT networking, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications. Proficiency in Microsoft products, troubleshooting of laptops/desktops, and general IT infrastructure is required. Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and/or ISO 27001 will be an added advantage. Independent, resourceful, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
Must be willing to work in KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
