Oversee the installation, maintenance, and support of all IT systems, including servers, networks, software, and hardware applications.
Implement and maintain security protocols to protect company data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve complex IT issues.
Lead and manage IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Ensure data security, access control, backups, and cybersecurity measures are in place.
Oversee networks, servers, hardware, software, and cloud platforms.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide training to end users when needed.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve system performance and business efficiency
Job Requirement :
Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in IT-related work
Understanding of software development principles, algorithms, and data structures.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage tasks responsibly.
Willing to learn new technologies, frameworks, and tools.
