Job Responsibilities:

Lead the strategic planning and overall management of the organization's IT systems, infrastructure, and teams. Ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of IT services that meet business requirements and user expectations. Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures to support operational excellence and compliance. Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop and manage the IT budget, including forecasting, resource allocation, and expenditure tracking. Evaluate, select, and manage IT vendors; negotiate contracts and monitor service performance. Identify potential IT risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure robust security and continuity measures are in place. Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to the IT team to foster a high-performance, collaborative culture. Partner with internal stakeholders to understand technology needs and translate them into effective IT solutions. Identify, recommend, and implement technology initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Minimum 8-12 years of IT experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role. Proven track record in IT operations, infrastructure management, or IT project delivery. Experience leading mid-to-large IT teams and managing cross-functional technology initiatives. Strong leadership, people management, and team-building abilities. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management across all levels of the organization. Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions. High level of integrity, accountability, and strategic thinking.

Pay: RM14,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
