Description: Job Requirement: Possess Bachelor\'s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in key programming languages or possession of a recognized Project Management Certification is an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum of 3 years of experience in the development and implementation of corporate information systems, with a strong understanding of system integration, software development life cycle, and IT infrastructure. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in logistics and supply chain management field is highly preferred. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fast learner, excellent communication skills, and proven stress management skill. : Identify business needs for digital transformation and information system upgrades, participate in internal information system project research and analysis, facilitate communication through meetings with relevant departments, and prepare project requirement reports. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess knowledge of the logistics industry and company business processes, accurately interpret both business and system functional requirements, and deliver functional design solutions that meet business objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow the annual information system project plan set by the headquarters, monitor the progress of system implementations across subsidiary companies, manage the overall project timeline, coordinate resources for product development, and ensure project coordination throughout the process, including post-launch system optimization and updates. \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee product delivery and acceptance, address system anomalies by analyzing root causes, and implement program improvements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage key system functionalities, ensure smooth system operations and maintenance, and respond swiftly and effectively to system malfunctions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Execute additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
