Job Description

The role entails ensuring quality delivery from the development team for CRs and Projects. The role also assists business users to develop test plan and deriving test scenario and cases based on business use case and coordinate test efforts to meet project timeline. Job Specifications :

• Responsible to review UAT test scenarios in IA for completeness of functional coverage
• Responsible to clarify queries from provider related to UAT scenarios mentioned in the IA
• Responsible to validate the provider test effort estimation in the CRs
• Responsible to setup ALM for a Release \xe2\x80\x93 Create Release and Requirements
• Upload Test Cases, Create Test Cycles and Test sets for execution
• Responsible to review the Provider SIT Release Test Plan for the current release
• Responsible to review SIT Test cases from testing coverage(positive and negative test cases)
• Responsible to monitor the provider progress in Provider test activities from design to execution
• Responsible to prepare UAT Test Release Plan which will include the scope, strategy and schedule for UAT and review UAT Test Cases for testing coverage
• Responsible to monitor and track defects reported in UAT for status updates
• Responsible to organize and moderate Defect Triage meeting with Atos, Market and Design team
• Responsible to prepare and publish daily status report during UAT
• Responsible to ensure that UAT test process adhere the standards defined in the COFIS One Standard Master Test plan and TM Guidelines
• Responsible to prepare UAT Exit gateway documents and participate in UAT Exit gateway
• Responsible to obtain business signoff from Market Tester
• Support Market Tester in Test execution and update test results in HP ALM
• Responsible to adhere to standardized test process within the market, e.g. provide master test cases in time
• Responsible to ensure that Regional Test Manager, Maintenance Manager Build and Business stakeholders have up-to-date information about test status, progress, risks and issues
• Liaising with business departments to ensure testing efforts are conducted throughly
• Liaising with functional department for guidance on area of responsiblity
• Ensure testing methodology are applied for quality product delivery
• Training resources with the right skill sets and adequate level of experience
• Acquiring business knowledge across all areas of the company
• Implementing Test Automation to increase efficiency & reduce business efforts

• BS / BA degree or in a IT-related discipline
• Quality assurance and testing methodologies experience
• 8+ years in Quality and Testing role
• Quality assurance concepts and Testing methodology
• Experience in Test Automation
• Strong knowledge in IT Security topics
• Automotive Finance Understanding, Outsourcing Vendor Management, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Competent in Microsoft Office suite , SQL & high level database knowledge , excellent problem solving ability, good documentation skills
• Independent, excellent leadership skills with minimal supervision
• One that derives satisfaction from completion of projects on time with high customer satisfaction
