This role is ideal for someone who thrives in solving complex problems, collaborating within diverse teams, and developing enterprise-level systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, and debug backend software applications. Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis. Research, test, and coordinate the integration of new solutions based on client needs. Develop new software products or major enhancements to existing applications. Ensure system integration, compatibility, and performance across platforms. Collaborate with project teams to understand technical and functional requirements. Recommend and evaluate software packages, integration tools, and testing frameworks. Implement improvements and respond to enhancement requests.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

5+ years of hands-on software development experience

with strong focus on backend technologies. Solid proficiency in

Java

, OOP principles, and design patterns. Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL optimization. Experience with

Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate

, and Java Web Services. Familiarity with high-performance, scalable J2EE implementations on Linux/Unix environments. Experience with

RESTful APIs

and microservices architecture. Ability to quickly adapt to complex systems and learn new technologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a reliable team player.
