Someone with more exposure in IKA/LKA (FMCG background preferably) as this position required a lot of close interactions with KA buyers and well versed in operation in a distributor background.1. Key Accounts Management (70%)\xc2\xb7 Strategy Development: Implement local go-to-market, sales, and customer strategies for assigned customers to meet sales objectives.\xc2\xb7 Sales Projections and Forecasting: Manage sell-in, sell-out, stock forecasts, and stock holding, evaluate business trends, and support profitability.\xc2\xb7 Trade Fund Management: Monitor and manage customer A&P (advertising and promotion) trade funds within budget to ensure efficient use.\xc2\xb7 Data Analysis: Analyze customer needs using data-driven methods, providing post-activation analysis to improve business outcomes.\xc2\xb7 Negotiations: Handle business discussions and negotiations (e.g., TTA, DA) to ensure sales targets are met.\xc2\xb7 Quarterly Business Reviews: Provide regular updates on business progress to customers.\xc2\xb7 Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and ensure timely product enlistment in trade channels.\xc2\xb7 Market Insights: Offer actionable recommendations based on market, category, and product trends for business optimization.\xc2\xb7 KPI Tracking: Monitor sales performance against targets.2. Customer Focus and Service (20%)\xc2\xb7 Relationship Building: Build sustainable relationships with key customers through engagement and account planning.\xc2\xb7 Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with internal teams to develop customer programs and action plans.\xc2\xb7 Compliance: Ensure adherence to Company\'s Code of Conduct.\xc2\xb7 Market Intelligence: Leverage customer relationships for market insights and assist in successful product listings.3.
