Support the Property & Leasing Team in planning and implementing the tenancy mix for assigned properties
Identify, shortlist, and negotiate with potential tenants; secure leases and ensure full compliance with tenancy terms.
Proactively manage tenants to achieve high occupancy and maximize rental income
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and relevant stakeholders, adressing issues promptly
Coordinate with inter-departments on rental collection, fit-out, operations, and monitor tenant performance.
Conduct market research and feasibility studies to keep updated on market trends and perform any other duties
Liase with landlords on property-related matters and manage all required documentation and processes.
Requirement
Degree in Property Management, Real estate, Business, Marketing or related field
At least 3-5 years of relevent leasing experience, preferably in retail, malls or commercial properties.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills and willing to work on weekends when required for leasing matters or events
Good proficiency in English (spoken & written) and independent, proactive and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Strong analytical skills with ability to conduct market studies and propose strategies
Good understanding of tenancy documentation, leasing processes, and property operations
Proficient in MS Office; added advantage if familiar with IFCA, MERP, AutoCAD, or other relevant system.
