Prestajaya Group of Companies is a diversified business group with core expertise in Property Development, Property Management & Leasing, and the Petrol Station business. As part of our continued growth, we are a fast-expanding leasing management company committed to building a dynamic and talented team to support our operations. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid accounting background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage financial operations with precision, accuracy, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling full set of accounts, financial reporting, and taxation

Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Manage tenancy-related billing, collections, and deposits.

Oversee cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting.

Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax, and audit requirements.

Ensuring compliance with Statutory requirements for E-Invoicing, SST and company policies

Familiar with audit preparation and liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities.

Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management

Requirements :

Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 5 years' of relevant working experience (property management, leasing or related industry preferred).

Proficient in accounting software (SQL) and Ms Office applications.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxation and audit compliance.

Independent, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
