Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management or a related field.
Proficient in Leasing process and procedures especially compliance with relevant Law & Orders
Preferably having leasing experiences especially in commercial sector
Good Interpersonal & Time Management skills
Able to work under pressure and Meeting Deadlines
Work Independently with minimum supervision.
Able to communicate fluently in Malay, English and Mandarin (Both Verbally & Written)
Responsibilities
Maintain a good Tenant-Landlord relationship. Ensure all tenant or potential tenant is highly satisfaction with your affordable approach till securing the tenant leasing process.
Tenant Acquisition. Able to identify and bring in potential tenant to our available property by analyzing market trend and tenant mix of the mall
Negotiation & Renewal. To negotiate leasing terms with potential existing tenants (ie rental rates, lease terms etc)
Liaison. You will act like liaison officer between Tenant and Management inter department to resolve tenant\'s enquiries (ie Maintenance dept-renovation & operations, Finance dept -Rental & deposit etc)
Documentation -Preparation of all tenancy related paperwork. Make sure is completed and properly filed.
