Position Title : Senior Leasing Manager
Tenure: Permanent
Remuneration: RM12,000 - RM18,000
Responsibilities
- This is a new Mall in Johor Bahru. However, the work location is at Damansara KL for Leasing Activities.
- Research / keep abreast of potential partners\' business trends and demand drivers (market analysis, competitive analysis, etc.)
- Plan, develop, and execute business development activities (lead generation, relationship building, value-add proposition, contract negotiation, etc.)
- Measure and optimize end-to-end partner experience across all touchpoints (conversion, service and technology utilization, partner\'s success / growth, profitability, etc.)
- Prepare reports / recommendations that support decision making and demand growth
- Lead partner development projects / campaigns with cross functional teams (creative, digital, etc.) and/or vendors to achieve desired business results
- At least 5 years of working experience in leasing, especially in the area of mall leasing, key account management, partner development, and project management
- KPI and partner success oriented
- Has strong verbal and written communication skills
- An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
- Driven and comfortable with an agile / entrepreneurial environment
