Key Responsibilities
Deliver and manage teaching across
face-to-face, online, or hybrid formats
.
Design curriculum, lesson plans, learning materials, and student activities.
Monitor and assess student progress, maintain accurate records, and update the LMS.
Supervise research projects and placements, and mentor junior lecturers.
Collaborate with academic teams and external partners to ensure quality and relevance.
Prepare and moderate examination papers, assignments, and course performance reports.
Participate in programme reviews, accreditation preparation, and quality enhancement initiatives.
Engage in student support activities and contribute to recruitment efforts.
Skills & Requirements
Senior Lecturer
PhD in IT, Computer Science, AI, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, or related field
.
Fresh PhD graduates are welcome.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience preferred; industry experience is an advantage.
Strong research, academic writing, and communication skills.
Lecturer
MBA in IT, Information Technology, or related discipline
.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
