Open Position: Senior Legal Counsel
A reputable company is looking for Senior Legal Counsel to join them in their Penang office.
Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 To encompass a diverse range of legal topics such as corporate affairs and compliance obligations pertaining to SGX listing requirements.
\xc2\xb7 Engage in effective communication and negotiations with external stakeholders such as regulators, external legal advisors and public authorities.
\xc2\xb7 Provide expert advice on ensuring legal and contractual compliance, particularly in relation to securing banking facilities and managing representations and warranties.
Key requirements include:
\xc2\xb7 Minimum 4 years of experience as a Legal Counsel with an established law firm.
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in SGX operations and regulatory framework.
