Reporting to the Director Logistics, your focus will be.Utilize your Logistics expertise and managerial skills in a manufacturing environment. You will leverage your technical experience and skills to guide your team in managing inbound and outbound material and processes, as well as managing all material and processes within the stockroom. You will use your leadership abilities to motivate and energize you team. By collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you will balance team workload and drive exceptional team performance with high impact for the business.Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse & Freight Management: Optimize layout and space utilization within the warehouse to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Cost Analysis & Control: Analyze costs associated with warehouse & freight operations, such as labor, equipment, utilities and assessories

Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce expenses/assessories charges while maintaining service levels. * Vendor & Contract Management: Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and Freight vendors. Partner with sourcing on contracts and service agreements to ensure competitive pricing and service levels

• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate warehouse and TMS processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure warehouse & TMS performance.
• Productivity Project Management Partner with freight management team and responsible for Productivity project reports in value

• Significant experience in Logistics or relevant functions in Integration Supply Chain
• Significant experience in Supervision/Managerial role
• Think independently and handle multiple projects through to completion
• Excellent collaboration and influence with management and cross function teams
• Independent work initiative, sound judgment, diplomacy, analytical ability and professional demeanor
• Ability to lead people/team and engage/mentor staffs
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
