Senior Maintenance Technician (hotel)

Job Description
- Must have minimum of 2 years maintenance experience and or plumbing experience.
- Must possess a valid Drivers license
- Construction knowledge a plus
- Salary Commensurate with Experience
- Responsible for building maintenance including plumbing (leaking/waterproofing/water pump), painting, carpentry, electrical, air-conditioning, lift maintenance, firefighting, waterwork and kitchen equipment.
- Perform maintenance activities in the guest room like plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing all types of hardware, electrical equipment including lamps and etc.
- Test, troubleshoot, and perform basic repairs on all types of equipment including furniture, wall crack, and painting work.
- Maintain hotel facility and related equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs.
- Working location will be based in PJ or Kuala Lumpur
