Leadership in Digital, AI, and Automation: Take charge of integrating and implementing Digital, AI, and Automation technologies to boost efficiency and foster innovation. Supervision of Data Analytics: Develop and manage a robust strategy for data analytics, ensuring high-quality data, relevance, and the generation of actionable insights. Support for Strategic Decision-Making: Utilize data-driven insights to assist senior management and business units in making informed and strategic decisions. Management of Business Intelligence: Oversee the Business Intelligence Manager to ensure alignment with the broader corporate objectives and strategies. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to facilitate the execution of data-driven projects. Compliance and Security Oversight: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and the security of sensitive information. Encouragement of Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Foster a culture of ongoing improvement and innovative thinking within the digital and analytics teams. Requirements Minimum Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, AI or any related field. (Masters degree preferred) At least 10 years of working experience, with exposure in digital, AI, automation, data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field. Leading and guiding a group of data and digital experts, ensuring they work in harmony with the organizations objectives and promoting a collaborative atmosphere. Practical experience in creating and overseeing business intelligence and digital solutions. Familiarity with the Property Development or Real Estate industries would be advantageous. Having an understanding of the unique dynamics of these sectors can aid in customizing data-driven strategies and solutions. Profound knowledge of AI and machine learning algorithms and their practical benefits in real-world applications. Competency in utilizing analytics software such as Python, R, Tableau, and equivalent platforms. Hands-on experience in the deployment and administration of automation technologies in a business context.
