WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Define and drive Cloud Security strategy and transformation plans to enhance the capability of the function. Run BAU Cloud security operation service.

Identify and document long term strategic improvements for Cloud Security Operations to reduce risk, introduce automation and reduce manual activities

Review existing cloud security architecture and security operations processes and controls to identify gaps and propose solutions inline with industry best practices.

Ensure Cloud Security Operations roadmap is in-line with IAM tool uplift projects, while also influencing the project to deliver operational requirements

Drive standardization of processes and controls across all cloud environments currently in use within AIA

Identify future operating model for Security Operations with expansion plans to integration operational activities from other security functions

Work with Cloud security, CSIRT and external vendors to plan a future state for cloud security monitoring and related toolset

Work alongside the security location head to encourage engagement, reduce silos and ensure compliance to local and group policies

Run BAU cloud security operations processes including Azure IAM, AliCloud IAM, Key Vault operations to meet or exceed service levels.

Manage a team to provide 24/7 cloud security support

Job Requirements:

Education - Degree in IT/Security

Experience - Min 8 years InfoSec, extensive working experience of Azure and AWS, Service/Operations improvement. Technical knowledge of IAM, Cybersecurity and other security domains

Alibaba cloud experience will be an advantage

Certifications/licenses - Azure/AWS certifications mandatory. CISSP/ CISM/ CRISC/ ITIL an advantage.
