Due to the complexity of the insurance industry, the incumbent must have a solid understanding of the various insurance products (and their functions / technicalities) and operational processes in order to ensure the customer\'s inquiries and requests are responded to in accordance with established service levels. In addition, the incumbent must collaborate closely with other customer fulfillment departments to provide exceptional service quality to customers. 1. Maintains staff through recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees while providing opportunities for personal growth. 2. Manage and complete daily activities by ensuring service levels and quality controls are met. 3. Meets staff targets by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results, coaching, advising, and disciplining personnel, and designing, organizing, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards. 4. Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, assessing and resolving quality and customer service issues, recognizing trends, and advocating system improvements. 5. Strategic planning, management, coordination, control, and monitoring of Unit plans to ensure that the department\'s and company\'s operational objectives are realized. 6. Implementing projects to streamline operations or improve servicing capabilities. 7. Ensures that the section is in compliance with all regulatory and business requirements. 8. Accountable for ensuring that suitable procedures and controls on servicing leakages and fraud management, as well as legal case monitoring, are in place. 9. Maintaining subordinates\' performance. 10. Determining appropriate training for subordinates to ensure they are up to date on market and business requirements. 11. Attending meetings on behalf of the department head. 12. Contributes to team effort by completing relevant tasks as needed. Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
