We're looking for a

Senior Manager - Engineering

to drive innovation, mentor talented engineers, and advance our technology capabilities in asset integrity and process applications.

What You'll Do

Lead and mentor a team of analyst engineers, fostering technical excellence and professional growth. Review and finalize inspection reports, ensuring accuracy and quality before client delivery. Manage test bed experiments and support the development of new analysis methodologies and algorithms. Guide operations and technical teams with method statements and experimental insights. Drive the development of real-time monitoring and advanced analytics applications. Support pre-sales, marketing, and business development teams with technical expertise. Champion emerging technologies and innovative solutions for asset integrity and process optimization.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

(Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or related).

3+ years

in a

middle management role

within an engineering or technical services company. Broad exposure to

process applications

across multiple industries. Proven ability to translate client challenges into practical, technical solutions. Passion for

emerging technologies

and continuous innovation. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
