Work you will do The Finance & Enterprise Performance Offering works as a trusted advisor to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and key executives through advising, implementing and delivering service solutions that help our clients develop strategies and capabilities to support enterprise wide decision making, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organization. The team advises our clients on the transformational outcomes achievable through a range of ERP software-as-a-service options, and implement the one that suits clients' business needs. As a rapidly growing SEA practice, we strive to find high caliber team members to build a world class Finance & Enterprise Performance practice. Our suite of Enterprise Management Performance Services offers the kind of value creation and protection required through an integrated performance management and advanced finance systems. As a Senior Manager, you will lead engagement teams in the implementation of performance management applications that are measureable and sustainable to our clients. You will advise, design, implement, and deploy leading edge software applications such as Anaplan, Hyperion, Adaptive Insights, SAP BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud and Jedox. You will support our clients in their transformation journey: Lead engagement planning and budgeting mobilize and manage engagement teams define deliverable structure and content facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client direct on-time, quality delivery of work products manage engagement economics manage engagement risk. Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors. You will be expected to participate in Business Development, develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients organize and lead pursuit teams participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Contribute to Practice Development & Eminence: Develop practical solutions and methodologies develop 'thoughtware' and 'point- of-view' documents participate in public speaking events get published in industry periodicals. Responsible for people development, performing the role of counselor and coach provide input and guidance into the staffing process actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Enough about us, let's talk about you If you are someone with: Tertiary qualification in a business, technology or finance discipline. Minimum 12 years of working experience in finance organisations or consulting, advising CFOs on Finance transformation, process improvements, financial planning redesign, service delivery model design and implementation, and other critical elements of the Finance function. Experience in EPM related tools such as Anaplan/Hyperion/Adaptive Insights/SAP BPC/SAP Analytics Cloud/Jedox. At least 4 full cycles implementation of the software applications. Minimum 2 years in a senior leadership role in a consulting practice, with success in growing both team and revenue. Strong aptitude for multi-dimensional financial modelling tools. Advanced Excel/financial modelling skills. Experience with budgetary responsibilities related to projects or resources. Experience of working in consulting team to deliver bespoke solutions using agile development methods. Exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience. An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-requisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignment.
