We\'re looking for a highly driven and motivated Senior Finance Insights Manager for the pandamart business in Malaysia and to cover APAC projects. This role will be based in Malaysia and reports to the Regional Head of Finance Insights.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage annual budgeting and monthly rolling forecast for different business units within the company by liaising with key business stakeholders in the management team for valuable input. Perform analysis to assess trend and forecast of business key KPI\'s.
• Control business performance by providing variance analysis and commentary to explain monthly results versus forecast/budget/prior year and provide insights/ warning on deviations in a timely manner
• Prepare detailed and accurate cash flow forecast to ensure liquidity of the business. Monitor cash flows and performance run rates to asses variances to cash flow forecast and adjust intra-month
• Support business strategies by providing financial analysis/ developing financial models to evaluate ad-hoc projects/ initiatives. Act as a business partner for finance to support business teams.
• Able to recommend/ drive the cost-saving initiatives and help to promote a culture of efficiencies
• Assist in establishing and/ or improving templates & reports for internal use as well as processes with bottom-up approach
• Manage various other financial topics to support the team and provide ad-hoc support where needed
• Lead and coach a team of commercial finance managers in their FP&A duties and personal development

Requirements

• Minimum 7-10 years of work experience in business finance and FP&A. Experience in food & delivery, start-up, high tech, fmcg, retail or e-commerce industry
• Master or Bachelor degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics or Business related subject. CIMA, ACCA, CPA, ACA qualifications preferred
• Strong analytical skills, ability to extract & analyze data, and presenting to-the-point actionable insights
• Assertive, hands-on, dynamic and with a strong drive
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills; self-motivated, with strong analytical thinking
• Proven managerial skills, experience in leading a team of more than 5 people
