It gives us a single set of expectations across our lines, geographies and career paths, and provides transparency on the skills we need as individuals to be successful and progress in our careers, now and in the future.Reporting to the CFO, the desired candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial reporting function of the company, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing internal controls.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all aspects of financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting.Ensure compliance with statutory and reporting requirements, including regulatory filings and disclosures.Oversee corporate tax and indirect tax matters, including tax provisions, compliance, and strategy.Oversee the treasury and credit control functions including overseeing the daily treasury and credit control operations, banking relationships, working capital management and treasury risk managements.Oversee costing activities to ensure accurate product and service costing information is provided for decision-making.Collaborate with senior management and other departments to support business initiatives and strategic objectives.Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and safeguard assets.As a Senior Manager, you\'ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
