Senior Manager, Group Finance

Job Description


Our client is in the medical services industry with regional presence across South East Asia.Responsibilities:

  • Reporting
  • Provide leadership and direction to the corporate finance team
  • Manage a consistent and comprehensive set of standards and reports throughout the Group with the objective of improving financial and commercial support services to the business
  • Review financial statements and reports and ensure the accuracy of financial records in accordance with accounting standards
  • Manage all consolidated financial and monthly management reporting and accounting
  • Ensure all formal financial procedures, processes and administration are followed by country
  • Prepare Group Consolidated Financial Statements and to be a key person to liaise with auditor for the Group audit process.
  • Prepare key financial updates to the board and Audit Committee on quarterly basis, providing insight \'behind the numbers\'.
  • Prepare quarterly Board Papers write-up and Audit Committee report as necessary.
  • Manage and implement improvements to the systems in place and new systems going forward
  • Handling and managing corporate exercises including fundraising exercises with a comprehensive understanding of financial due diligence processes.
  • Coordinate with countries on other reporting requirement including tax and cashflow reporting
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Coordinate and consolidate budget and financial forecasts and report variances
  • Prepare, support and/or manage budgeting, forecasting and financial/strategic planning activities
  • Review and/or analyse budgets and financial forecasts
  • Manage the Annual Group Budget and Quarterly Group Forecast cycle including developing budget/forecast guideline, issue country review template and Group financial template.
  • Prepare Corporate Budget including Corporate Management Services (Management, HR, IT, Finance etc) and IT CAPEX.
Requirements:
  • Recognised Diploma/Degree in Business related fields, with focus on Finance/Accounting/ Economics
  • CPA / ACCA / ACA certification
  • Minimal 12 years of relevant work experience with good knowledge on different consolidation structure
  • Ability to work independently and possess good problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, reliable, pro-active and flexibility to adapt to fast-paced environment
  • Experience in Big 4 or exposure in MNC will be a plus
