Job Description

JOB PURPOSE: To assist the department in the planning and execution of all aspects and requirements of RTS Link physical security operations inclusive of coordinating Auxiliary Police (AP) requirements. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Managing third party Auxiliary Police operator for RTS Link. Planning and implementing comprehensive physical security strategies for RTS Link security operations. Plan the development of physical security policies, protocols, and procedures for RTS Link physical security operations. Coordinating with external law enforcement agencies, governmental and statutory bodies and PDRM about law and security matters. Collaborating and coordinating with Malaysia agencies (PDRM, KDN, JIM, JKDM, MKN, CGSO), Singapore Agency (ICA) and RTS Operations Sdn Bhd (RTSO) to determine RTS Link security\'s operational needs. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCY: Police officer or former police officer with more than 10 years relevant working experience. Bachelor Degree in Police Science or Law Enforcement or with 1 to 2 years of working experience in Auxiliary Police management, or; Diploma in in related fields with 3 to 5 years\' experience in Auxiliary Police management. Those with working experience in Auxiliary Police management will be preferred. Able to plan the development of physical security policies, protocols, and procedures for RTS Link physical security operations.
