Our client is a local conglomerate based in Kuala Lumpur. This role will be taking care of the automotive division.Responsibilities:

Oversee daily HR operations to ensure smooth functioning across the automotive division.
Partner with business leaders on recruitment, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Advise leadership on performance management, succession planning, and organizational matters.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and manage employee relations to maintain a positive workplace culture.
Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures that meet both division needs and Group standards.
Support change management initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with Group HR on strategic projects and ensure local execution within the division.

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong HR business partner skills with a focus on employee engagement and talent management.
Excellent stakeholder management, able to work closely with both the business CEO and Group HR.
Hands-on and adaptable in a fast-paced, operational environment.
Willing to work 5.5 days (alternate Saturday).
