Job Description


We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to join our client in a newly created role focusing in real estate sector. This position has been strategically designed to bring together all their assets in Malaysia across various locations and entities into a cohesive HR approach. Reporting to senior leadership, this role will be responsible for providing high-level HR guidance, consolidating reporting, and aligning HR practices with overall business strategy. The Senior HR Manager will serve as an Individual Contributor (IC) in a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) capacity, partnering closely with stakeholders to support a unified HR strategy across our organization.Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Alignment: Collaborate with leadership to provide strategic advice on HR practices, aligning HR initiatives and policies with overall business strategy. Drive HR activities that support and promote organizational goals.
  • Consolidated Reporting: Lead efforts to consolidate HR reporting across all entities, providing comprehensive and accurate insights into key HR metrics and trends. Ensure data is streamlined and standardized across locations for effective decision-making.
  • HR Operations Coordination: While the current team is operationally strong, this role will streamline and oversee HR operations to ensure consistency across entities. Identify opportunities for standardization, efficiency, and improved HR practices.
  • Policy Development and Implementation: Review, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures that meet the needs of a multi-location, multi-entity organization. Ensure compliance with local regulations while maintaining alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management and Communication: Build strong relationships with leaders and key stakeholders across locations, ensuring HR strategies are communicated and understood. Act as a trusted HR advisor and advocate for employee engagement and organizational culture.
  • Change Management: Support and lead change management initiatives to foster alignment and consistency across all assets. Prepare and guide teams through HR-related transitions, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Talent Management and Development: Provide guidance on talent management practices, supporting the development and retention of high-performing teams. Work with leaders to identify and implement talent development strategies in line with business needs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certifications preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated success in an HRBP or similar role, ideally in a multi-location or multi-entity environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and best practices with the ability to adapt to local and regional requirements.
  • Proven track record of aligning HR strategies with organizational goals and driving successful outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor while maintaining effective collaboration with the broader HR and operations teams.
