About the Role Manage a team of security analysts working on operational static data management on SailPoint including but not limited to attributes updates of roles, entitlements, request workflow, owners, approvers, workgroups etc.

Functional Responsibilities

• Lead a team of security analysts and managers to ensure identity lifecycle events like Joiner, Mover, Leaver, Re-hire (JMLR) and other IAM controls are effective and operating as expected
• Drive the user access control strategy to develop application RBAC, SOD and toxic access controls and processes
• Support audit, GRC function and business unit by providing identity & access reports and automating where possible
• Plan and coordinate annual access recertification along with a strategy to simplify and enhance effectiveness
• Carry out UVT and UAT functional testing when an enhancement or new process is implemented on SailPoint, ServiceNow or OKTA
• Facilitate the transition to BAU for all IAM transformation activities, such as application onboarding on OKTA/Sailpoint
• Provide L1 support for all IAM products to the business users
• Liaise with Local Information Security function on obtaining improvements / suggestions on identity and access management workflows & JMLR and work with IAM technical teams for seamless implementation
• Carry out periodic reviews of all process SOPs & operational manuals and ensure they are stored in a central repository
• Be a front-runner on transformational & process enhancement tasks/projects keeping continuous improvement mindset

Team Responsibilities

• For direct reports, carry out regular one-on-ones, performance appraisal, development plan reviews, up-skilling requirements etc.
• Regularly review Target Operation Model for their team and recommend changes wherever needed
• Self-initiate employee engagement activities for the team to keep them motivated
• Keep a check on teams\xe2\x80\x99 productivity and efficiency on a continuous basis.

Requirements

• Graduate Degree is a must.
• Minimum 10 years of experience including at least 3-5 years in people management role
• A minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in IAM Operations.
• Experience in preparing operational process documents and broad knowledge of infrastructure operational flow.
• Solid understanding of at least one IAM product, preferably in SailPoint and/or Okta.
• Good understanding of IAM principles.
• Knowledge of cyber security and cloud concepts.
• Strong communication skills and presentation skills with proven ability to successfully interface with and influence at all levels (management, executive, technical staff, and end users).
• Strong leadership ability and demonstrated integrity within a professional environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.
