To be involved in deploying DHL\xe2\x80\x99s Operating Management System to operation sites via integration of system so that data collection is direct.
To work with operation on providing detailed documentation and standard operating procedures, ensuring they understand the systems and any changes made.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation phase, offering timely and effective solutions.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and on-budget delivery of implementation projects.
To work on optimizing DHL Operating Management System to suite operation needs in driving productivity and continuous improvement.
Work with Regional to provide feedback and requests to make DHL Operating Management System relevant.
Requirements
University degree in related Engineering Field or Computer Science or Supply Chain with at least 8 years of industrial experience.
Critical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Visio, Project), Power BI, AWS/SQL.
Ability to generate report and analyze data.
Good leadership and supervisory skills.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Ability to use good judgment in making decisions, restructuring priorities, and adjusting tasks in a dynamic environment.
