Manages one or more Content teams in a global team environment
Communicates a clear vision and encourages team to excel in meeting operations objectives and targets
Provides strong coaching and mentoring to a hybrid mix of reports which includes first level Managers and Specialists
Develops deep expertise within teams through the performance enablement conversations
Manages any escalation both internally and externally with clients
Communicates effectively with other colleagues globally, sharing knowledge at all times and adopting best practices
Uses Business Process Improvement techniques to help operational management of issues, improve quality and reduce cost/waste
Drives the Content Incentive Plan effectively within the team and communicates clearly on performance culture
Holds responsibility for day-to-day operations and recruitment, training and development of the team/s
Drives cross functional initiatives or horizontal initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent
Moderate People Leader experience
Significant relevant Content experience.
