They are looking for a Senior Learning & Organisational Development Manager to lead their team, up to 15k. Your new role As a Learning & Organisational Development Senior Manager, you will lead a small team to handle a big workforce in collaboration with other pillars of the HR team. The scope that falls under your team include talent management, employee engagement, learning & development, and most importantly organisational development. As the organisation is going through major growth, you will be hands-on on the streamlining of organisational structure including new set-ups. Besides, you will also implement end-to-end employee engagement initiatives while working on the continuous improvement of their learning framework.
