The Learning Technology Center of Expertise (CoE) within TD&L support clients make the right choices about their Learning Technology Ecosystem and design & establish platforms to provide personalized & modern employee experience. Skill/Operating Group Learning Technology Senior Manager [T&O / Human Potential] Level Senior Manager Location Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Travel Percentage Expected Travel could be anywhere between 0-100% Principal Duties And Responsibilities: Work with client to analyze the client\'s business needs, broader learning ecosystem, and learning technology challenges. Provide guidance and define approach for vendor selection for learning solutions by addressing client\'s business requirements and needs. Advise the client on the analysis, documentation, design and optimization of learning processes and workflows in a long-term approach based on industry experience and best practices on learning solutions. Help clients modernize their learning technology landscape and processes to adapt to latest technology trends Propose internal Accenture tools and technologies for clients that augment the learning technology ecosystem and deliver solutions based on Accenture Value Proposition Develop and drive our learning technology offerings and assets Work with global practice leads to build learning technology project pipeline. Support go-to-market strategy, prepare / review proposal decks and estimations for learning technology ecosystem advisory, vendor selection and process consulting, learning solution implementation or related change management projects. Attract, develop, and retain the best talent for our business, challenge our people, demonstrate a \'can-do\' attitude, and foster a collaborative and supportive environment Act as subject matter expert and share your deep knowledge and expertise in the learning technology area Review proposed learning solution configurations and provide guidance to the team on complex topics Work with client IT on complex topics: integrations using middleware or other approaches, peripheral solutions augmenting learn tech ecosystem, technical customizations, innovative solutions to meet critical / complex needs etc. Qualifications: Completed bachelor\'s degree in Engineering/IT or MBA Degree from Tier-1 college (preferable), business administration or a similar qualification Minimum of 10 years consulting experience with global clients and managing teams in a consulting environment Certification in any of the leading Learning Solutions: Cornerstone, Saba, SuccessFactors, Degreed or EdCast Experience: 10+ years of relevant work experience in a global learning technology environment and / or IT Consulting Strong skills and expertise in one or more of the following Learning Solutions: Cornerstone OnDemand, Saba, SuccessFactors, SumTotal, Degreed, EdCast or any other Experience in designing or building end to end cloud-based learning technology solutions desirable Practical experience in end-to-end project delivery lifecycle Experience in leading consulting engagements with large clients preferable Deep experience within one or more of the Financial Services, Retail, Telecommunications, Life Sciences, Retail, Hospitality, Automotive or Consumer Goods services industries Experience in leading and managing a large intercultural team Experience selling learning technology work and building the pipeline Understanding of technology to guide teams and clients will be a plus: JavaScript and/or server-side: Java / PHP / Pythion / Ruby / NET, databases: MySQL / SQL Key Competencies and Skills: Strong desire to work in technology-driven business transformation The ability to develop technology solutions and value adding propositions and take these to market. Strong knowledge of technology trends across IT and digital and how they can be applied to companies to address key challenges and opportunities. Leading proof of concept and/or pilot implementations and defining the plan to scale implementations across multiple technology domains Proven experience in deal shaping, formulating proposals & owning Technology Strategy/ Advisory Sales Proven track record to quickly understand the key value drivers of a business, how they impact the scope and approach of the engagement Capacity to develop high impact thought leadership that articulates a forward-thinking view of the market. Proven track record in working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Ability to drive senior leadership level discussions Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills - ability to convey technology and business value propositions to senior stakeholder Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and client relationships Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment with effective consulting skills Experience managing large and cross-cultural teams through complex situations, adapting quickly, and helping others navigate change Experience structuring activities that play to a team\'s strengths and provide opportunities for others to grow.
