Job Description


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) Senior Manager to join our manufacturing plant team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing strategic talent acquisition initiatives to attract, hire, and retain top talent. This role is crucial in ensuring that our plant is staffed with skilled professionals who align with our company values and objectives.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with the company\'s business goals and staffing needs.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor the TA team, providing guidance, training, and performance management to ensure high efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates, including social media, job boards, networking events, and industry-specific channels.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding, maintaining strong communication and support throughout the hiring process.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with plant management and HR business partners to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment plans that meet operational needs.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion in the hiring process by implementing best practices and ensuring a diverse candidate pool.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance the company\'s employer brand by developing and promoting a compelling value proposition and utilizing various marketing strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies and procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in talent acquisition, implementing improvements as needed.

  • Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master\'s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans.
  • In-depth knowledge of talent sourcing techniques and employment law.
  • Analytical skills to measure and improve recruitment processes.
